We close the gap between
creative potential and opportunity.
Tim Royals Agency was born after witnessing creators with strong stories and ambitious projects struggle to access the funding, visibility, positioning, and industry opportunities required to move forward. The mission is simple: help good ideas become stronger, better positioned, and better prepared for the people who can move them forward.
Born from a genuine passion for seeing creative work succeed.
Timothy had seen filmmakers and other creatives develop extremely powerful stories, meaningful ideas, ambitious projects, and important bodies of work — only for those projects to struggle because the creators could not secure the funding, visibility, professional positioning, industry pathways, audience development, or strategic support necessary to move forward.
Tim Royals Agency grew out of the desire to help close that gap. The agency exists to help good ideas become stronger, better positioned, more professionally packaged, more visible, and better prepared for the people and organisations that can help move them forward.
We feel like an organisation built by people who genuinely understand the pressure behind important projects — not another generic digital agency trying to sell everything to everyone.

Timothy Ayomide F.
Independent Film Grant Writer & Project Development Strategist
Creative Director. Digital Strategist. Brand Builder. Grant Strategy Expert. Strategic Communications Partner.
Timothy combines research, strategy, funding, writing, project development, creative positioning, digital capability, industry understanding, and practical execution — built through years of working with filmmakers, nonprofits, businesses, and organisations across territories.
He works in the space where creative ambition meets the practical realities of funding, visibility, and professional positioning — helping projects become ready for the people and organisations that can move them forward.
"Timothy manages the agency alongside his girlfriend, who doubles as a trusted management partner, sounding board, and occasional second opinion when a big idea needs one."
Specialised functions, not a corporate hierarchy.
These are the specialised functions within the agency — described honestly, not as a claim of a large permanent team. Every project is shaped by the functions it needs most.

International perspective
Much of our strategy, research, writing, and project development work is delivered remotely — allowing us to support clients and projects across different territories, funders, and markets.
Collaboration first
We work alongside your creative direction and decisions, not over them. The collaboration is structured, with clearly defined responsibilities from the start.
Long-term thinking
We're interested in the work being ready for the people and organisations that can move it forward — not just the next quick win. Strategy that compounds.
Let's turn your work into an opportunity.
Tell us where you are, what you're trying to achieve, and where you feel you need support. We'll respond with a real conversation — not a sales pitch.
